Lanchester Landfill Is Accepting Televisions, Computers and Monitors

The Lanchester Landfill is accepting televisions, computers and computer peripherals from residents of Chester County only. You may bring your television here to the Lanchester Landfill, 7224  28th Division Hwy., Narvon (Route 322 West, Honey Brook). We will accept no more than 1 TV and/or monitor and they must be intact, not in pieces. No Projection TV’s. We have a limited space in which to hold the TV’s. There is no fee. Please note that there may not be anyone available to help get it out of your car. Our hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM. You must go onto the scale and let the weigh master know what you have. He will ask for identification. You will then drive the short distance to the Compost Area which is our staging area for electronics.

New limit on TVs brought for recycling at Lanchester Landfill:

*       Limit of (1) TV per household
*       NO PROJECTION TVs
*       You must show ID that you are a resident in our service area.
*       Computers and computer peripherals: still a maximum of 3

This change is necessary, until further notice, due to serious capacity limitations.

It is still a free service.
