TOWNSHIP TAXES: The Township millage rate is 1.6 mills. The Township Tax Collector is the Chester County Treasurer's Office. Township taxes are to be paid to the Treasurer's Office. The municpal number and name in Birmingham Township is: 65 - Birmingham Township. All questions concerning tax bills should be directed to the Treasurer's Office. NOTE: Tax bills from the Treasurer's Office can be paid in person at any Chester County Branch of DNB First
Online Tax Payments: If you are using your bank's online bill pay system to send the County your tax payment, you MUST change your account number to match the year's invoice number. The invoice number is unique to each bill and must be updated each year. Each invoice must have a separate check in order to be processed properly. If you prefer to make one payment for multiple parcels, you may pay using an e-check, for a flat $1.50 fee through the County's website.
Please make note of the following dates:

     Township tax bills mailed February 1
      2% Discount Period Ends April 2
      Face Amount Due June 1
      10% Penalty will be assessed on payments received after June 1

SCHOOL TAXES: UNIONVILLE-CHADDS FORD SCHOOL DISTRICT: The authority for your school tax is the school district in which you reside. The contact information for the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District is:
