2012 Public Meeting Schedule All meetings will be held in the Township Building, which is accessible to the handicapped. Board of Supervisors of Birmingham Township, Chester County will meet at 12:00
PM (noon) on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 to organize for the 2012 calendar year. At
that time the Board will make all appointments necessary to fill Township
positions. The Board may also consider any regular business that is brought
before them at the meeting. Planning Commission: All meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. Historical Architectural Review Board: All meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM (as needed) Historic Commission: Tuesday every other month beginning in January at 7:00 PM (January, March, May, July, Sept., Nov.) Applications to be considered by both the Historic Commission and HARB will be reviewed on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 PM at which time both committees will meet and make recommendations on the applications. Recreation, Parks & Open Space: All meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM Zoning Hearing Board: will schedule meetings upon the receipt of applications Board of Auditors: Meeting on Wednesday, January 4th at 8:30 AM to organize for the coming year.
