Stoltzfus Conditional Use Application Hearing May 1, 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Birmingham Township, Chester County (“the Board”), will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 1, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the Birmingham Township Municipal Building, 1040 West Street Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, to consider and possibly vote on the conditional use application of Earl Stoltzfus (“Applicant”). Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to Section 122-49(C)(4) of the Birmingham Township Zoning Ordinance to develop a new and used motor vehicle sales agency, including customer service and repair on the property at 1345 Wilmington Pike (Chester County Tax Parcel Number 65-4-81.2) (the “Property”). Applicant intends to use the Property for recreational vehicle (“RV”) repair and service in conjunction with Applicant’s RV sale and service facilities which are immediately adjacent to the Property.
